In class we have been learning about environmental issues. I researched about plastic pollution here is the video I made about that.

One thing I learned through doing this is how much plastic there actually is in the ocean and in the world as a whole. Plastic pollution is way worse than I assumed it was and it will take years to actually make a change. I also learnt ways to help stopping plastic pollution, like going to local beach clean ups and recycling rubbish.

Something I found challenging was trying to find out how much rubbish there was in the ocean, especially the amount compared to something like an elephant because It just kept telling me a billion but I don’t really think that’s right.

If I was to do this again, I would improve my research. I definitely could have researched more than I did and my information will probably be a bit wrong because of that.

I wonder what it would be like to live in the ocean with all that rubbish everywhere.
